Pink Beauty Salon is looking for a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques, committed to client wellness, and able to deliver exceptional service in a calm and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage treatments including relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, and other therapeutic massages
- Assess client needs, preferences, and any medical considerations before each session
- Create a relaxing and safe environment for clients at all times
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment
- Educate clients on massage benefits, aftercare, and wellness recommendations
- Handle clients with professionalism, discretion, and respect
- Maintain accurate service records as required by salon policies
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body anatomy
- Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
